Some recent records of DC fighters are incorrect

First off, former USA Olympian Clarence Vinson won a fight on 12/9/06 in DC.

Secondly, Horace Grant is "Ray" Grant that fought in VA in 06' and Phil brown is the guy that fought on 12/9/06 and the same guy that beat Horace "Ray" Grant.

Just setting the record straight so you guys can have more accurate records.
