Interesting commentary job going with SN
I was just on their website, and spotted this. Thought it might be of interest to someone
Do you have what it takes to join the allegedly.tv team?
We are currently looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual to join our team to do live radio lead commentary for our boxing events. All we ask is you have the following attributes: an all round knowledge of boxing, ability to work under pressure, good improvisational skills, ability to interview special guests and most importantly have the radio personality that will keep listeners interested. Experience is vital, however those with natural abilities with no experience will also be considered.
To apply, please e-mail your c.v or person profile to [email protected] and include a brief outline as to why you would be suitable. If we like what we read, we'll ask for you to send in reel, to give you the chance to show us what you can do. All that's left to say now is Good Luck!

I am of the same opinion!nickd wrote:Sounds interesting but I'd rather die than work for him.
I'd rather be skinned alive with a rusty knife by an evil psychopath and then toxic acid being poured onto my skinless body. Then to forcibly pull off each of the nails off my toes and fingers. Then to grate me using a rusty cheese grater. Then to put me into an industrial vice limb by limb and squash each limb into a pancake like shape. Then to put me head first into a mince meat machine. Then to invite my family round for dinner and feed them freshly cooked mince!
That's how much I'm interested in this job!

Have to say I would have applied for the job ... but simply too busy going to places like Monte Carlo and Las Vegas.
You have been correct Rhino, I am indeed a hated man, thats whyI am forced to go to such god dam awful places over the last 6 year
Spoke to someone last night in person who knows you personally ... a very enlightening conversation, it was very tempting to let rip but I thought better of it ;)
As for the job with SN ... ummmm ... might be worthy of consideration ... people such as yourself would tune in and call just to have a pop ... I would be the most well known man on the airwaves!!! ... In addition if I took it ... would that make me a Z list celebrity ... bloody hell ... Big Brother next!!!
Problem is ... would Mr Warren have me??

I'd be surprised if you're "compident" enough to be able to tune a radio in. Welcome to the Boxrec forum, home of the most knowledgeable boxing fans on the internet. Honest.OLD-LONDON-RULES wrote:Why don't Spudley or Clairey have a crack at this?...they are both already despised by many, great a$$ kissers and have a faces made for radio.
On the other hand they are both seriously incompident and lack any kind of charisma.
Back to the thread, I think this would be a fantastic opportunity for someone. Breaks like this don't come round very often. Good luck to anyone who applies. Nothing ventured.....[/i]

Well apart from being ugly, thick, knowing fornicate all about boxing and being unable to talk due to your tongue being lodged so far up your latest pal's arsehole, how on earth would they find any headphones to go over that seriously deformed bonce of yours?Spud wrote:My my we are on form Rhino.rhino222 wrote:spud applied for the radio once, but was deemed to be too ugly for it. plus the charisma of a golf ball did not help either !!

Las Vegas and Monte Carlo? My you are well travelled. For a Soldier, one would have bene more impressed with you travelling to Afghanistan, Bosnia or Iraq.
Once again, foetus-face you've made a complete fool of yourself.

Does that count as radio experience? Or even a radio personality?
They missed the punchline too
Which was?

I can beat that, Pete Price told people on Air I was a psycho and was Martial arts obsessed only because I emailed him telling him that don't you think It's unfair that your demeaning you forum members saying they have no lives.
Then some woman rings up saying to Price, do you have something against people with an interest In Martial Arts and he says No, he's all for people defending themselves.
He called me famous too!
I think Liverpool's fake paranormal writer was telling him things since I also got Into an arguement with this guy too and he tried to make me back down with legal threats which he didn't back up.
Didn't Stannage get sacked? This Pete Price guy announced It on his own show because he hates Stannage.
