BJ Flores took total control in his bout against Chris Thomas. The fight lasted a long 12 rounds before finally going to the score cards. Flores won a unanimous decision from all three judges. 116/112, 116/111, 116/111 proved that BJ Flores dominated this blood thirsty battle from the opening punch until the final bell. Flores has proven that he is a true threat in the Super Cruiserweight Division. BJ made history tonight by becoming the first ever WBF Super Cruiserweight World Champion! Flores also won the NBA Super Cruiserweight World Title to prove that he could be one of the best fighters in the world today.
Sherman Williams added another victory to his record tonight when he took on the heavy handed Ralph West. With 1:49 left in the third round, the “Caribbean Tank” delivered a punch that could be heard across the arena, connecting with Ralph West. West hit the canvas and never recovered from this devastating blow that Sherman threw at him. Sherman Williams now holds the NBA World Heavyweight Title and the WBF Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship. Sherman’s pair of heavy hands have made him a top heavyweight contender.
The Fighting Prince Badi Ajamu has returned! His statement last week was that he plans to take the Light Heavyweight division by storm. Tonight the Prince faced a worthy opponent taking on Craig Cummings. Cummings has fought some of the best Light Heavyweight boxer’s during his career. The Prince took it to Cummings tonight. After 2 rounds, Cummings couldn’t handle Ajamu any more. Cummings didn’t get up to fight the third round. The Prince of boxing has returned! Ajamu now holds both the WBF and NBA Light Heavyweight World Titles!
