The previous IBF I/C welterweight title fight as of March 27, 2003 is missing in the records of the current champion Sergei Styopkin (Russia). Correct record is 13-0. He won the fight in Moscow 12 PTS against Vladimir Hodakovsky (Ucraine). There are also missing some fights of that show: super-welterweight Andrey Teslenko (correct record is 7-0) won 8 PTS Vs Andrey Matveychuk (Ucraine), Magomed Mamatiev (correct record is 2-0) won 1 TKO Vs Alesker Aleskerov. All 3 fights took place in Moscow, March 27, 2003. The show was supervised by the IBF vice-president Benedetto Montella and Russian Federation President Igor Mazurov.
As for the show June 19, 2003 in Podolsk, Russia supervised by the same officials, the fight Andrey Teslenko Vs Ruslan Akhmedzonov was the Russian super-welterweight title.
