Should be a good fight, Power was ahead on the cards last time when stopped (a bit quickly) Munyai blasted out powerpuff Haskins in his next bout...
I think Power might win a close decision
Power wouldn't be good value at 50/1. His best shots had zero effect on Munyai, whilst the punches that came back rocked Power several times. He's got tons of heart for trying to stick with Munyai when the going got tough in the first fight, and for choosing a rematch when nobody would have blamed him for taking a softer option, but he's out of depth against this opponent. Munyai has too much of everything, and considering he was a late substitute, it's reasonable to assume that there is still more to come.fatman wrote:Power can be backed at 5/1 with some bookies, good value against this Munyai kid IMO.
If I was a promoter I'd sign him and groom him for world titles. With his frame I'm sure he'll have to look toward super bantam for opponentsLenny Albert wrote:Well there isn't a lot more for him to fight over here Maussa apart from maybe Jason Booth or Ian Napa. Power nor Haskins are particulaly likeable and Munyai came over, unknown with a great style to watch and made many people he could reach world class. I've never been keen on supporting people just because they're British.
And hasn't Maloney signed Munyai? Maybe they can get some fights for him against euro level guys over here.
