Tony Galento life story Film

I remember reading a article in Boxing illustrated sometime in the early-mid 1980,s they were going to make a TV film of the life story of Tony Galento with Burt Young playing the part,there was a picture with the article of Young as galento.Never heard another thing about this,was it ever made? and if so where can you get a copy?
