Show highlights of the undercard fights when they go to the break before the the fight has been shown, usually they show a knockdown if there's been one.

People have short attention spans, especially when they've just come in from the boozer.
I agree though, for anyone who wants to watch the fight from the start without knowing which way it went, it's a real kick in the teeth. Spoils the whole thing for me. They might as well tell you the results at the start of the program so you can toddle off to bed after the main event.
