Great TV lower level fights??

Post by generic screen name »

I was watching Willie Gibbs/Daniel Eduoard on my TiVo and I was wondering what good-nonchampionship/smaller fights is there to view or talk about. There had to be a good televised bout were two guys who never did anything special had a great fight.

Ward and Augustus/Burton... they had that on VS. (I think) two weeks ago. What a chaotic slugfest!

I remember bantamweight(?) Scotty Olsen was always fun to watch. He had some devastating ko's against guys whose names i couldnt remember if my life depended on it.

Monroe Brooks - Don Curry.
Great fight.
Might have been for the coveted nabf or usba belt though.
