I'm sure everyones used to my silly question threads by now, but different people seem to have different views on how to rate a fighters chin.
One poster regarded Evander Holyfield as 'granite chinned', another refuted this, citing his fights against Bowe and other opponents.
But if your opponent has great power, does that make you chinny?
Lou Saverese fought one Travis Fulton last time out, described by Boxing News as a 'chinny banger', he is 15-17-0 (15), with all his losses coming inside as well as all his victories. He is undoubtedly chinny, lol.
I'm just interested to know where people think the dividing line is. Was Lennox Lewis chinny? Is Wlad Klitschko chinny?
What defines 'Chinny?'

Wlad is definitely "chinny". He has been kayoed a few times and knocked down and wobbled many more. He seems likely to go any time he his hit cleanly. Wlad's chin is his big weakness, and would therefore his is "chinny".
Lewis on the other hand, I wouldnt describe as "chinny". He took big punches from Bruno (limited, but still a very big puncher), Mercer, and a couple in the first round from Tyson (could still punch even at that stage), and good punches from others during his career. Although Lewis got kayoed twice, he wasnt constantly wobbled, nor did he suffer from frequent knockdowns in his career. His chin wasnt his strength, nor was it a massive weakness, so i wouldnt define him as "chinny".
Tommy Hearns is another often called "chinny". I also think this rating is unfair, you cant be as great as Hearns and be "chinny". He first 2 losses against Leonard and Hagler came during total wars, where "chinny" fighters wouldnt have survived as long. His chin wasnt a problem until later in his career in higher weight divisions. So again, Hearn's chin may not have matched the rest of his game, but I wouldnt describe him as "chinny".
