Posted a bout. Dandy Dick Griffin beat Kewpie Callander W4. Location Los angles, CA. Said Hollywood. Could be Hollywood Arena. But, also it listed Griffin's opponent as such- Jimmy Callahan (Kewpie Callander) indicating they are one and the same. Would appreciate comments and confirmation on this. Apparently, nothing appears in the material for that time period.
The Sports Editor for the Arizona Republic is Ed Harrington and had a previous Los Angeles connection. He follows and reports on fighters that have fought in Phoenix (Griffin is an instance).
