At least Amir Khan has power and REAL prospect with talent.

His opponent is NOT superfeather. Its lightweight.. (same size/weight)

Khan to date looks like a REAL prospect with talent and tools. I am very happy with his good power shot!! And his hand speed is awsome.

Khan looks MUCH stronger than when he turned pro. He's not really much more muscular, but in recent fights he's looked almost like a fully developed adult. For a 20 year old to be able to handle themselves with matured men.

Khan could be facing Kevin Mitchell or/and Kell Brook. Khan can beat them both easy.

Don't know about their respective weights but Khan looked enormous against his opponent. I know they weighed in the same weight and Khan was keen to emphasise that in the post fight interview but he looked massive compared to the other bloke, I think the fight was a farce to be honest.

Medjandji has fought Super Feathers throughout his career. His last opponent won just one from 15 starts. Most of his opponent shave lost more than a handful of bouts. He won the French Super Feather Title in November yet is now campaigning at Lightweight against khan?

On paper the bout stunk.

Most fights involving world class prospects are crap for the first 10-13 bouts. Khan looks like he's filled out and his punching is fast & sharp. He'll do better than Audley, that's for certain.

Khan did look much bigger, no crime in itself, but if you are the french Super Feather champion you cannot blame people ofr calling you a super feather can you?

Yeah we know prospects get brought on careful, its just all this audley/khan hype is boring, and when audley bores, some of the spare cynicism spills onto khan. cant he step up at some point? we can all see another Hatton coming along (imagine 20 WBF or WBU defences from Khan, will we stand for it? what choice do we have...)

I reckon he will avoid mitchell, thaxton, and go stragith for one of Fwanks pet belts. Thaxton is British champion, he should at least fight him to say he is the best in his country, otherwise its an insult to our intelligence, there will be all the witter-hatton stuff going on with Khan and mitchell or s/o in 5 years time if Khan gets on the fast track

Don't get me wrong. I've been yelling out for Khan-Thaxton and later Khan-Romanov. Compelling matches. I don't think Warren would have the confidence to put anything like that on until Khan's 14-0 at least.

Looking back at Lewis' career - as far away from Warren paternalism as you can get - Lennox didn't step up until he was 14-0 (Chanet), 15-0 (Mason), 16-0 (old Weaver), 17-0 (McCrory) etc

It would be horirble if Khan was given a shortcut to a WBO title. That's the only reason I'm glad Earl didn't win (Freitas, WBO titlist, looking for big fights with Casa & Juan Diaz, he'll almost certainly be stripped...) last night.

Thaxton-Khan is the only fight which should matter right now. If they bypass British title level it's sick. Maybe Warren is queasy about Thaxton, due to the Hatton-Thaxton.

I agree hes real prospect for the super featherweight division. :TU:
I cant see Khan fighting Brook because Brooks a welterweight not a feather

lets take a look at who khan could fight.....

eddie hyland 4-0
steven bell 8-0-2
or
wez miller 1-0
they would be challenging fights for him wouldnt they?.
