Anthony Mundine vs Sam Soliman
Who will win this time?
IMO Mundine outboxed him enough over the 1st 8 rds to win that first fight. Soliman very elusive but not a really accurate puncher. Whereas Mundine is probably even trickier to tag and is one of the cleaner, sharper punchers at 168.
I don't think many ppl could do as well vs Kessler than Mundine did. I had Kessler 7-4-1 up.
Mundine tattoos Soliman on Wednesday.

If Mundine fights a smart fight he should win but having watched the first fight again it is going to be a hard fight to score. Soliman is just so akward and throws punches from so many diffrent angles.
If Mundine can stick to using his jab straight right hand and using his feet he should be able to outbox Soliman fairly easily.
Mundine was in his 9th fight the first time around and dosn't tire like he used to in the late rounds.

i think mundine will stop him....his power is underatted IMO. i will be going for soliman after the union kack stunt that mundine pulled, but i think mundine will mostly just land jabs and big rights from a distance and eventually stop him. though you can never write sam off and thats why im looking forward to wednesday night so much....
I think that after you see the hype of fighters like Allan Green and Jeff Lacy, that Mundine is much closer to being the real deal. Really good boxer and it does pain me that he doesn't get much credit.
With a lot of middles ready seemingly to move up, Mundine could soon be in his element. I think Taylor's been looking SO ordinary, and that'd be a good fight for 'The Man.'

What leads you to believe that? If anything, I think he's coming in to his best years.bollox wrote:I've gone for Sam to cause something of an upset. He just keeps on keeping on, and Mundine I reckon has seen his best days
I see this as a more clear cut decision to Mundine this time around. Sam's always in with a chance, but I see the experience Mundine has gained since the first fight as being the difference.

I fancy Mundine on points - he has improved since the first fight.
Sam has a chance - his style sets problems for everyone - but I think it will be Mundine on points.
One thing's for sure, in the post fight interview Anthony will be sure to say something that will make me cringe. He always does. Every time. Guaranteed.
