Audley Harrison reminds McCoy of the classic movie 'The wizard of Oz'

McCoy never had a problem with this Olympic gold medallist, hell McCoy even stayed up past his bedtime to watch him win his medal in Sydney

Also, McCoy never had a problem with Audleys first 10 opponents either, when many were heavily criticising him

But what started to annoy McCoy & take away the joy was when his british rivals were lining up to fight him, the more challengers who joined the queue the more footsteps Audley took to the departure lounge in Heathrow airport, with his one way ticket to Palookaville clasped firmly in his hand

Audley went & left his balls behind as he skipped along the 'yellow' brick road, he showed the same amount of courage as the lion & the same amount of heart as the Tin man

But even McCoy must admit, he has shown more brains than the Scarecrow with his move to the good 'ol USA, lets face it, he will get exposure where it really matters, stay well clear of his British rivals without taking stick, & also ESPN2 who Audley signed a 3 fight deal wont exactly force him to fight the best, just the way Audley likes it

Audley needs a good kick up the ass, hey where is 'TO(e)To(e)' when you need him?

When the hell is Audley gonna face a decent fighter who his his own size instead of beating up on these little feather fisted 'Munchkins'?

What annoys me about Harrison is all this Lewis/Klitchko didn't fight anybody decent in his 12th fight.

Very True,BUT Lewis is last Amateur contest was in 1988, Audley's was in 2000. By 1990 (two year after) Lewis was European Champion, by Early 1991 - less the 3 years after - he had beaten Gary Mason and was knocking on the door of the World title.

And yet, I remember he had some criticism that he was taking it to slow cause he was fairly old turning pro. But he was a pup compared to Harrison

Audley may be technically right in what he saying, but look at it logically less than 3 years after Seoul Lewis was fighting the No 7 ranked guy in the world. 3 years after Sydney Harrison has still hasn't faced anyone in the DOMESTIC top ten.

Klitchko is similar, now people have critised his opponents throughout his career - but two years after turning pro he fought (and lost) to Purity who's still is better than Navarre, three years after his last amateur contest he was European champion beating 3 time world title challenger (twice robbed) Axel Schultz, who was probably top 20 material at that stage.

Okay, he's had injuries - but he's IS an experienced fighter, his amateur experience will hold him in good stead. By 2003 he should be onto the Botha's of this world. Not the Matthew Ellis's. The Matthew Ellis's should have been his debut.

It has just come to my attention that you and Audley have one thing in common - you talk about yourself in the third person. "A-Force says this" and "McCoy agrees with that" etc.

Does this mean you are as self-obsessed as the great man?

If we cannot criticise Audley for his opponents then fair enough but even though he is fighting the same calibre as Bruno, Lewis etc were at this stage of there careers then it is worrying Harrison isn't blowing these guys out earlier and even going excessive rounds with some (Ratkovic). People argue that he is trying to get rounds under his belt, then why not fight someone who can genuinely extend him instead of Audley toying with blown up Cruisers. Look at much less hyped prospect across the ocean Steffen Nielsen and Attila Levin, both have faced decent opposition and are at the same stages of there careers, Levin-Puritty and Nielsen-Francis, both have been beaten but as Jim Watt says "It's all part of the learning experience being beaten is not the end of the world", christ Jimmy Vincent is walking proof of that. Audley is older than the afforementioned fighters which means he needs to step up the level even sooner as time waits for no one.

Levin is certainly above Harrison as far as development is concerned, there also Ray Austin on his resume - and he's not that bad.
