Don't blame Enzo. He can only beat what's in front of him. Blame those WBO fools and you know who.

No it is not!

Much better value than Boxing.

Who wants to watch pure mismatches and crap scoring?.

Boxing is on the way down, sadly.

The Calzage "fight" will be equally farcical.

No wonder MMA's gaining popularity when we're fed crap like this.

Exactly. The product on offer from boxing promoters is of too low quality.

That was supposed to be a 'super bill' of some sort but it was almost pure s h it from top to bottom.

The only thing that surprised me was that SN could convince so many gullible fools to part with their hard earned. Still, it did nothing for boxings long term future. It will have left a bad taste in the mouth of many (those who know what they are watching, at least.)

I saved my dough for UFC 70 in manchester, where I will be guaranteed some real, even money fights.

Yea this was a mismatch, I was telling that to everyone that I was with watching the fight and they soon believed me as Gunn got knocked silly by a jab, but still congrats to those that put down some money on this fight :TU:

Boxing not on the way out in the last year we had some great fights on sky. Moore v Macklin, Mutley v Anderson to name a few. The gunn fight was an insult! why did the wbo rank him so high is the question? Haye would smash enzo imo!

It was a shite match up, made even funnier by the commentater comparing Gunn with George Chuvalo who was one of the toughest boxers in his era.
Seconds later Gunn is then KO'd.

On a bright note i also had a bet on for Macca to win in the 1st at 5/1 so won plenty.

I loved the way ITV tried to make it out like Macca is such a powerful puncher hence the quick stoppage. I was wondering which angle they would use to justify this gross mismatch and it was that Enzo hits so hard he would knock anyone out.

How do we know "for a fact" Barry he is the hardest hitter in world boxing if he is fed this level of diabolical opposition. Shame on everyone involved for this debacle. No wonder our sport is dying, thank god for SKY and Showtime.

:D believe it or not, Barry has some scientific facts to rely upon, thanks to Blue Peter and some boffins at Swansea University.

The 3.5 tonne punch :box:

Total mismatch, but then we already knew that beforehand - Surprised though Enzo didnt make it last a bit longer to make FWs matchmaking look a bit more credible - Almost all of the entire bill was predictable so why 35,000 went to see it I really dont know - Boxing is getting like Wrestling used to be with a star against a no hoper.

Shocking mismatch that should never have been allowed to happen. When Boxing is this predictable it stops being a sport.

Should the BBBofC even have santioned this fight?

This did nothing good for Boxing, the TV and ringside viewers and did nothing to further or develop Enzos career.

A complete sham.

When will Enzo fight again and who will be against? How did Gunn get to no 15 in WBO rating?

How come Enzo gets handed more soft fops than anyone else? I mean this isn't a one off, don't forget Marco Henichen or Earl Foskin and Rich LaMontagne who was so shot he could hardly stand on two legs. What is the problem? Why has Maccarinelli been so over protected, i mean he hasn't even mixed anywhere near European level. Jesper Kristjansen was just a poor mans Lasse Johansen.

I worry about Enzo, he is talking of Bell, Mormeck, Cunningham even Haye but he isn't even a bonafide world champion in my eyes, inheriting the WBO strap by default and defending against Mark Hobson and Bobby Gunn isn't anything that resembles world level in my book. For goodness sakes get the man a challenge.
