To European Fans
You guys get info faster then us American fans and are closer to the Euro champs so I was wondering if you think Froch-Calzaghe will happen or if allegedly will steer him away from another fight that might be dangerous. Also if he dodges Froch do you think he will take a swing at Mundine or Inkin or will Frank see those guys as to much of a challenge for Joe's brittle hands.
I don't think they'll take Froch. If they're going to get a top contender it will be Denis Inkin, because Inkin is the WBO#1, while Froch is #3. Good fighter Inkin.
Warren is SO cautious that he won't risk a big Calzaghe cash in. Also, he won't tell Hennessey (Froch promoter) if he wants options on Froch, which means he probably does = no fight.
Lacy and Manfredo - whatever their worth - put Joe on a bigger platform. He's now in the position to cash in. A fight with Jones Jr would be a draw over here (sadly) and Americans would probably tune in to see Joe v Jones. Today's super middle king v yesterday's.
A curiosity fight that will make ppl curious.
Ironically it'd probably make it easier to build up a Taylor fight for Calzaghe.
So I'd say Jones Jr is more likely than Froch.
