It's called a boiled egg or two for breakfast lunch and dinner, along with a few fluid ounces of water with each meal. Every once in a while throw in a few ounces of endurance gatordade and make sure you're taking your vitamins so your not totally depleted.

plastics

Post by holeymoley99 »

I saw a few fighters in plastics last night, I basically lived in them during my wrestling days in the 80's (Cut from 130 to 105 to win the state title). They are banned in wrestling now because if not used correctly they can leave you in a world of hurt but it will take off the pounds. At this point of the qualifying game moving up a weight class isnt much of an option. It is hot down here so running in the heat will burn some poundage. I would try and put in some bananas along with the vitamins to prevent cramping.

Laxatives and Sweet Sweat...prolly the fastest, although not the best for you.

Lose weight properly by burning more calories than you eat/drink. 3,500 is a pound of fat. If a boxer has 6% bodyfat or less, then to lose weight the boxer has to either lose muscle and/or water. Losing some muscle can be OK if done slowly otherwise the boxer is just dehydrating himself which is dangerous.
