Hello Boxrec-- this is Buck Smith CEO/Promoter of TKOFORME BOXING,INC.. Last year 2006 sometime between April and August, I requested that you remove Bobby Dobbs from Kyle Sherman's profile
as manager. Reason why, March 24th 2006 Dobbs filed an injunction in
Oklahoma Courts against myself and Sherman. The presiding judge denied his request for one reason, TKOFORME BOXING, INC. promoter/manager contract superceded Dobbs contract. Sherman fought on that same day. When I requested you to remove Dobbs as manager then, Boxrec granted that request. Now somehow Dobbs name still remains on Sherman's profile. Sherman is a young fighter 3 wins 1 loss 1 draw. Sherman did indeed sign two contracts not knowing in detail what he was doing. Sherman is promoted and managed by TKOFORME BOXING, INC. since 2005. best wishes to Boxrec and keep up the good work. Look forward in seeing this request corrected and not changed unless it comes from Sherman and myself.

As usual Buck Smith is a liar.
The judge did deny my motion for an injunction against Kyle because I could not prove I would suffer "irrepairable harm" if he fought on Buck's card.
The judge made no finding of fact of the validity of my contract and the only reason I havent pursued this any further is because Buck and Kyle's broke asses couldnt pay a judgment anyways.
So as far as I am concerned Buck, you can have Kyle. His career is going nowhere just like every other fighter that you manage.
