F*ck her right off mate!

Text back and tell her to get bent, say she'll never be as important as a fight like this, then go on to say that she wasn't even as important as Audley VS Danny I. Then turn the phone off and forget all about her!

Easy. :TU: :box:

As you might guess, i intend to watch De La Hoya/Mayweather above all else on saturday night.

this is it word for word:

"Hey you. stupid of me to say this but feeling upset right because i had planned this weekend to be wid u 4 ages as we met a YEAR this weekend but obviously u find watching sports more important than seeing me which means u dont give a toss about this relationship. sorry but this just says it all at this point - u dont really care, wuda been a different matter if i saw u regularly, i wudnt mind. but its been a month and the date we was meant to c each other youd rather watch boxing. sorry (name of affection witheld...) but i cant carry on like this anymore. u are meant to be my boyfriend who loves me x"

TYPICAL F#CKING WOMAN ATTITUDE.

Now 9:11 AM and i am yet to reply.

How exactly do you convey to a brain dead woman whos lone passion in life is grooming herself the magnitude of De La Hoya/Mayweather? :o

I would rather roll over my own grandmother in a landrover than miss this fight.

Sh#t the bed lads, what is the smartest way to play this? Im assuming putting boxing above all other social activities and responsibilities must of also landed you in similar sh#tty circumstances over the years? Otherwise im a lone freak!

As Ali G would say,

dere is no eazy answer to dis.

We have all been there, women just do not nderstand, I just tell them you should be glad I do not watch FOOTBALL!

Where you went wrong was by not telling her when the fight was announced how great a fiht it iss and you ARE watching it nno matter what.

Tel her it is klike the SHOE SALES at PRADA, you just have to be a part of it.

Too late mate, take her out all day today, sPend lots of money doing what she wants, and then rooks ( shag) her silly until 2pm and put her to sleep!

THE QUESTION IS, ARE YOU MAN ENOUGH?.

In situations like this, always ask yourself what would Jeff Merritt do?And then do the exact oposite.

after a bit of verbal sparring in the pub, he and jane left to start the preliminaries. this was ok, apparantly, but then he wanted to move on to the main event only to be disappointed when jane turned on the telly and was glued to a re-run of jim mcdonnells heroic failure to overcome the african legend azumah nelson. my mate left before the end of the first round.
you see, it cuts both ways.
Sorry emma, you and your sensible quotes got to go.

Get Jane on this thread! The perfect woman!

Therein lies the problem. She lives in manchester and i live in Leeds.. hence why it is difficult to see each other on a regular basis as i have loads of other sh#t to do on weekends and when i usually do agree on a date to go over to manc it always seems to coincide with a god damn fight!!
I'd say "why worry?". It's not like you really give a toss about her is it? She'll get over it.

So what happened then?

Now that you've said that you're from Leeds, I'm even more impressed that you came all the way down to watch Howard Eastman v Richard Williams (and get your famous pic with Howard together with me lurking in the background). I'm suprised you weren't tortured by her for that misdemenour. Unless she was with you that night of course.

Hopefully the situation will resolve itself. A nice cosy candelit dinner with lots of "I'm sorry" etc will do the trick. And then take her home and remind her exactly why she's going out with you!
