An Australian, in Australia fighting for a "world title" and its not televised?
Did any one see the fight ?
If so could you please tell me what happened? Was Lance winning and got clocked ?
Ross
Anyone see the Lance Gostelow fight?
Scores @ end of 11 were 108/101, 109/103, 107/102 all for Lance.
He was cut in round 1 due to accidental head clash. Well in control from round 7 - winning every round except one judge favoured Mosquera in round 8.
I guess he & the corner relaxed bit too much knowing they had it stitched up.
I bet they won't be making that mistake again - As the saying goes; It ain't over 'til it's over.
Here's knock-up by my mate Matt Ropis, who last night provided me with basic results after each fight.

Could be because its a a shame title...Ross wrote:An Australian, in Australia fighting for a "world title" and its not televised?
We dont get to see half of Vic's fights, and thats for a half decent world title, so what makes you think this fight should be televised?
Take nothing away from Lance, anyone who steps into the ring has a lot of balls and good on him. But should someone with just 10 fights be fighting for a world title?
It sounds to me like this fight was a great case of the fighters making it a real spectacle rather than the title on offer. Quality performances make a champion, not a belt.
