Re: WHO.SFOOLING WHO
i think magee takes it on points, i think tony oakey might have too much engine for steve spartacus, and ive a funny feeling sprott might just stop skelton late on.1southpaw wrote:WHO DO YOU THINK WILL WIN I WANT TO HAVE A BET SO ALL YOUR HELP WILL BE GREATFULL

i will add that im the former undefeated DHB prediction league champion, when i last partook a couple of years ago. and hitman hatton was in that league !!
who's the daddy ???
First of all, no offence, but could you perhaps

As for your predictions:
I think Anderson, despite 3 tough fights in a row, will have enough to beat this version of Magee on points. The Magee that ran Hatton close would win, but Eamonn seems to have too many miles on the clock these days.
I like Oakey to win against Spartacus, with a late stoppage a distinct possibility, but points is more likely.
Sprott on points seems a reasonable prediction, but I can't get ignore the way Skelton simply man-handled Sprott last time. True, Skelton is older, inactive and coming off an injury, whilst Sprott has had something of a late career resurgence, but I always felt Sprott was always lacking something in terms of mentality/killer instict, so I tip Skelton to win another rough fight.
So, erm, I seem to be disagreeing with all of your picks. Mind you, given some of the bets I've had in the past, that may not be a bad thing for you if you go ahead with your original wager.

One of the fights is over with Anderson beating Magee - I predict Oakey getting the stoppage late to beat Sparticus and a win for Skelton against Sprott - Skelton is more than 40, probably 42 who knows, but a very tough man and too much for Sprott to handle - The blow from nowhere that KOd Harrison is not going to happen in this fight - Big Matt will floor Sprott midway, and possibly before if he gets the chance - Dont write Matt off because of his age, he hasnt shown any signs of lacking in stamina and fitness and the last thing to go is a fighters punch - He is still the best in Britain and will prove that he is, with a KO finish over Sprott - Just because Sprott beat Harrison easily doesnt mean he can do the same thing with Matt - I think we were all surprised when Sprott sparked Harrison but nobody was more surprised than Sprott himself - The big question is will Matt get the title shot he has been promised after getting a big win over Sprott, I hope so.
