I've spoken to a few people who have fought Denton as an amateur and pro and said he is good. A puncher who has solid boxing skills (ABA champion).

Steve Cooper, an iron-jawed lad from Worcester, was stopped by him. Cooper said he'd never been hit as hard, and Steve fights on the streets every weekend.

As if street fighters hit harder than proper punchers anyway.

True, but he does fight travellers! One-punch Mickey-types from Snatch.

If he's fighting guys 3,4,5 stone heavier then they probably whack pretty damned hard compared to denton. Dont see many 10ish stone fighters scrapping on the weekends.

years ago i was in a pub in Forest Gate when a load of travellers kicked off, don't think i've kacked it that much before. And at the time i was quite fit and boxed. Got a pool cue around the jaw in the middle of a melly.
After that it gradually got worse. I had Mick Jagger lips for a week afterwards.
