just a quick note to say that today my wife Marie finally (over a week late) gave birth to our second child, another boy, at 10:57 this morning: weighing-in at 7lbs 9 and 52cm long.
Considering we thought he was arriving on the 9th, it's been a tough 10 days since those first contractions went away..... but it was all worth it - and a water-birth is simply amazing (I reccomend it to anyone thinking about it).

ps: I am a bit emotional, so in love with my family, and suddenly feeling very unworthy of it all. I am off to bed now to catch-up on some sleep and try to pull-myself together for the morning when I bring mum & baby home.
Wonderful experiance isnt it - Congratulations to you both - I understand the emotion and happiness, its beyond anything you can describe and worth far more than anything money can buy - God bless mate
