He won titles at Cruiserweight (IBO, WBU), Light Heavy (WBA, WBC), Super Middle (WBO), Middleweight (WBC) , Light Middle (WBC) & Welterweight (WBA)

Is it because of the quality of the Cruiserweight belts?
