High School Boxing

High school boxing in Nevada. Is it sanctioned by USA Boxing? It does not sound like it is. I wonder how they are getting insurance to cover the event. They probably aren't and if someone is injured, then what?
However, I do like the idea of getting boxing back into some high schools, but I would like to see it with clubs and sanctioned events.
