Bruno leaves hospital
Ex-heavyweight boxing champion Frank Bruno has left the hospital where he has been undergoing treatment for depression.
Bruno, 41, gave a thumbs-up sign as he was driven away from Goodmayes Hospital in Redbridge, Essex, on Saturday morning.
The father-of-three, wearing a red top and baseball cap, sat in the front passenger seat next to a female driver, thought to be his daughter.
Last month, Bruno was sectioned under the Mental Health Act after police and health workers visited his Essex home, near Brentwood, Essex.
During his time at Goodmayes Hospital he received hundreds of goodwill messages.
Bruno was driven back to his home near Brentwood in Essex, arriving shortly before 1000 BST.
On arrival, he smiled and waved at waiting reporters.
He was driven through the gates of his home and met by members of his family.
He did not comment to reporters.
Bruno Leaves Hospital
Personally, I think it's disgusting that Bruno's ex-wife is spilling the beans on his mental health in the Sun newspaper. She's not his wife any more, she received five million quid from the divorce, but, she still see fit to kick him when he's down, all for a tidy sum no doubt. What right has she got to do that? Frank, I'm afraid, is learning the harsh lesson that all men have to learn at some stage in their lives: you can never confide in a woman. They talk too much.
