Hatton v Castillo offical website

Banner Promotions has launched GladiatorsTheFight.com, the official website for the Ricky Hatton-Jose Luis Castillo fight scheduled for June 23 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

Banner Promotions president Art Pelullo said, “The Hatton-Castillo fight is one of the best matchups of the year. The event has gotten a great response from the fans and media from the day it was announced, and the interest and momentum are growing. It should be a tremendous battle.

“We're very pleased to launch a website devoted solely to that fight, and think everyone will enjoy it.”

The website includes news, bios, event information, ticket information, a forum, and will be adding features in the coming weeks as the event approaches.

Yeah, I saw that yesterday. Quite why the fight needs its own website is beyond me. You'd have thought with Fight Academy, Banner and presumably Top Rank having some part of the promotion, along with Hatton's own website, they didn't need another site.

Still, with that said, I quite like the fight poster:
