depends what you have. sky are doing buy 1 month, get 2 free, with no 12 month agreement. freeview, i don't know. virgin, i've heard, let you cancel any time.

Call Setanta again if they insist it's 12 months - some of their operators are thick as planks: I spoke to one numpty who told me the same thing, 12 months or nothing, then I rang back and go someone else with a brain who said that was crap and signed me for one month only, with 2 free.

Just make sure you cancel before 3 months is up, if you want to, otherwise they sneakily tie you up for a year if you forget ( obviously counting on the fact that a lot of people will )

Yes Cotto/Zab is 2am on Sat night with a 5pm repeat next day I think, plus Hatton fight. All included in the £15 one month subscription.

Do you know the exact date for you to cancel before they tie you up for 12 months. I cannot see it in the T's and C's at all.

I read somewhere letting them know a month in advance.

I to cannot afford £15 for 12 months.

Stu, you just sign up for the 3 months trial offer, then let them know you wish to cancel before the three months is up - can even be the day before your 3 month period is up.

The website is unclear you're right: you click on the 3 month option and the T&C states it's minimum 12 months - that's why I phoned them, defintely the best option.

Make sure you don't fall asleep. Replay next day is about an hour long.
Live fight starts 1:30 am but there's a half hour preview at 1am.

Wish I was seeing this live. There's loads of talent on the card. Ppl will be surprised about Chavez Jr - those who last saw him in 2005. And I hope the Humberto Soto bandwagon fills up. Because after he canes Bobby Pac he has a title shot at JM Marquez...

IMO Soto is going to be the 130-lb boss.

Not being flash at all look at what you get for your 18 euro, racing uk, a dedicated golf channel, free boxing, footy matches etc etc.... beats the shit out of sky any day in my eyes.

I suppose sky do give you the wrestling channel..
15 quid for racing uk, dedicated golf channel, boxing and the odd premiership and scottish game beats sky?? I dont think so...

Sky have the rights to all the home nations international football matches, 80% (is it) of premiership matches, it also shows free boxing on an almost weekly basis (have you seen the recent line up?), it has the rights for english cricket, all of the away rugby matches in the recent tour down under, super 12, heiniken cup rugby, football am (tim lovejoy quit yesterday though so quite how good it'll be next year depends on who comes in), fa cup, league cup, every champions league game in the multi screen thing... the list could go on and on.

Purely from a boxing point of view not having to pay the 'extra' ppv charge sky put on for top quality fights (granted for how long is anybodies guess) beats friday fight nights anyday.

Lovejoy leaving soccer am is no loss hes a gurning little arselick.

The Cotto card looks excellent, Cotto v Judah, Margarito v Williams, Ngoujo v Bailley....three good fights there.

Ngoudjo-Bailey is in Canada the day before. Margarito-Williams is in a few weeks, I think, on Sky.

Oh right, my mistake, I read fightnews quickly, and the way they presented it looked like they were on the same card, still a good card though.
