i have seen him in a few gyms out here in the LA area in he looks real impressive. i also hear he was a real good amatuer. can anyone give me any info on him. BOXMEL did you ever see him?? any opinion? he looks real good sparring some very tough fighters
I think "Mookie" had the makings of an excellent elite boxer, however he could never get focused (girlfriend distractions) and he would go away for months. I haven't seen him box since he turned pro, but hope he does well.
I don't think he ever got out of the local area to compete in any national tournaments. Sorry, I don't know his record. Due to his periods of not boxing, he didn't have a lot of bouts.
