what a mismatch last night. a pro athlete against someone from the soup kitchen. the guy he fought had the body of a retired accountant and the power of a 10 year old...ah wel he gave it his best. but what about monty...what an attractive man, the only hair on him was his eyebrows, call me old fashioned but this body wax thing is gay.
back to the fight , i'm sure he has got enough to win a nz title but a long way off winning a n austarlasian or pacific light heavy title.
I worked Bartletts corner against Monty last night (not that much work had to be done) but I can say Bartlett gave it his all, he wasnt paid to fall over he is a fisherman from the far north of NZ VS a professional athlete simple as that. I have nothing to do with Bartlett other than helping set up the fight and work his corner, he'll go back home having fought on national TV, will cash a cheque thats equivalant of a months pay for him and being able to say he fought a National star!
