Not heard de la Hoya or Mosley call him out after Saturday. dlh did beforehand but I think he only fights Hatton if he can't sign him.

Not called out but they've both shwon interest in the fight. Mosley seems the more natural as he needs a big name opponent with Cotto/Margarito with Arrum and Mayweather seemingly may or may not be interested

I would expect 2 from Mosley, Mayweather and Hatton to square off by the end of the year. Unless Mayweather geos for Trinidad and Hatton stays at 140. But Roger Mayweather said Mosley was the likely opponent and Floyf called out Hatton.

Harris called him out, which means I'm sure Witter is due to make his tri-monthly call out Hatton as well.

Can't see Cotto calling Hatton out. Don't think it's Miguel's style to do such a thing. That doesn't mean he wouldn't want to fight him.

In terms of market appeal, has Ricky gone to a higher level after beating Castillo?

I don't think Castillo had much of a fan base left after the way the Corrales fights went down. Sure, after the first he did, then failed to make weight twice for the rematches, and then gave a lackluster performance against Ngoudjo.

If Hatton fights above 140, Mayweather is the fight. Because it's for the more glory and because Mayweather can't lay the hurt on him that anyone from Cotto/Margarito to even Cintron could lay on him. As the are powerful welters.

Looks like it could happen. Certainly not this year though. Very good that in his performance, result and comments that he's got Mayweather's attention.

If he waited a year for Cotto it'd be interesting. A lot of these Arum fighters who strain down to lower weights have strange, thick, almost sluggish looking bodies in-ring i.e. the Castillo from Corrales 2 onward, Cotto after the Pinto fight, even Arce...surely Cotto will have welter weight probs one day, and then would be the time for Hatton to get that one.

He has to stay at light welter for now at least, should go for winner of Witter v Harris or DLH....

Could DLH get down to that now, probably not....

Oscar always looked too drawn at 140. He's always looked like a welter, IMO.

I recall Oscar saying 150 has become a big barrier now.

Ricky already knows he cannot mix it a 147. He struggled against a medeocre welter, you think he'll go for the best welter in the game....?? NO way. If the fight happens it's at 140.

Ricky fights the right fight to beat Mayweather (relentless, bully style), but I think Floyd would just have a little too much for our boy!!!
