ALL CHANGES TO THE 6TH JULY SHOW IN WIGAN LIVE ON SKY

JAMIE MOORE - A viral infection which has hampered his training has caused Jamie to withdraw from this show

MARK THOMPSON - Has shown his balls and steps in for Jamie and will fight Vincent Vuma for the WBC International title

JASON BOOTH - Now fights Ian Nappa for the British Bantamweight title after Martin Power pulled out

CRAIG WATSON - Moves up to an 8rnd contest against Matchrooms Michael Lomax

that is a serious step up for mark thompson

but the guy has serious downey power so good look to him

im on the breadline at the minute, but i think im going to have to go to this show now

matko also has a pritty tough match in Marshall

Agreed - Mark has a great opportunity here; and typical of him he has took it with both hands.

This show is going to be a cracker......

used to box with half of them on am circuit, all of them 'go to war'

stegsie, do you no where that Peter Cannon is from (matched with Sean Crompton), i boxed a sweaty sock with that name a few years back, but that was at feather

Fair play to Thompson stepping in to fill the void: the lad is obviously confident in his own ability.

I just hope his lack of experience in championship class doesnt go against him.

Brave move and I hope it is rewarded with a win!

It was a waste of time fight for Jamie anyway. Just the kind of fight he said he didn't want anymore of after the Macklin fight last year. I think he needs to take a chance and looks for a title shot of some sort on away ground. Can't understand why he's not in the mix for the European title.

Given how entertaining he is Maloney should have done a far better job on him than he has to date.

I was of the thinking that it was the sort of time filling exercise he didnt need but at least he is looking to stay sharp and in the ring, instead of sitting on a ranking and waiting for his turn as is too often the case these days..

I think he wanted a shot at the European title, but he wasn't in a position (i.e. European mandatory) to force Piccirillio to fight him. At least I think that's what I read. Stegsie, is that right?

Yes but with Jamie's injury and sickness records I think he'd be better off waiting on the sidelines.

Yes, theyve messed him about loads. Piccirillio is now apparently going to fight some russian, and Jamie will be mandatory to the winner. The fight a week tomorrow wasnt a waste of time as it'd have pushed him up to (maybe) 8th in the WBC rankings, that ranking position would have provided a great chance to get in the mix should PBF drop his title.

Great opportunity for Mark, it was only last week he was saying nobody wants to fight him. We'll he's got a fight on his hands now!

Without being biased i feel mark will come through this fight and triumph like every other time he has laced on the gloves but that is just my opinion but trust me he is very hungry and ready good luck tomo "hands of stone"

should be another grat night of boxing
