I'm looking to buy some kind of advanced punchbag, that help trains you.. I'm not sure where to look, i'm on amazon at the momemt and found 'Slam Man free standing punch bag', but it's 300 quid and don't want to be buying it if there's simular stuff for a better price.
Also would i be able to use the 'Slam Man' when it's turnt off, just as a heavy bag?
Thanks.

You here so many that want to get a punch bag for indoors etc...
The best thing you can do is get down your local gym mate.
Learn how to do things properly.
It's also a lot more enjoyable than working out by yourself indoors.
also if ur technique is wrong someone there to tell youyiddo14 wrote:~ MIKEE ~ wrote:Never used one but I have heard they are a joke - they apparently are nowhere near as durable as a heavy bag.... You have to remember most people want to have a bag in the house, to look good, as a fashion accessory, to show there mates.
These people won't go down the gym cause they might get hit back.
They will never use such equipment it will gather dust in the garage.
But at least they can tel there mates that they used to be a fighter, and 300 quid is cheap to be able to say that!
