I must admit to fearing the worst (i.e. retirement) after the long silence, so I'm glad to hear that he's been back in training for a few months and has lost NONE of his desire.

Audley still has a few tricks left up his sleeve IMO, I hope he can keep active after the September bout.

COME ON AUDLEY!!!!!!

Whats his next trick going to be?... getting koed in 1???.... 8)  :TU: :box:

Audley Harrison and Lennox Lewis have gone their separate ways according to Boxng News. Apparently they didn't 'gel'. Lennox felt that Harrison was to set in his ways to follow his instructions.

Why, though, do we assume that Lennox is a good trainer anyway? A good fighter does not automatically make a good trainer, and he has no track record on this side of things.

Exactly. I'd be more impressed if he said he'd been working with Manny Steward, who was the man responsible for fine tuning big Len.

So i Aud continuing his run of world domination back in the States then? Fair enough i suppose he is sick of getting booed oout the ring by British fight fans tired of his antics.

It's not just lack of talent with audley though is it?

Anthony Farnell...that's an example of someone who lacked just talent.

Audley has shown with his effort (see afro and beer belly), constant verbal diarrhoea (see any interview) and complete lack of heart (see any fight) that he's a d1ck unworthy of any support.

He gets forum attention because people want to see him lose again and it's always nice to see people fall from grace.

If he was respected, he'd probably be able to get a job in some sort of media of the back of the Olympic win, but he's really messed up his career in all respects.

Harrison has gone as far as he can. He hasn't even won a British title when all is said and done and he said he'd do it within 5 fights! 7 years later he is nowhere near even that never mind undisputed titles he talks of.

And his olympic gold was in a pretty weak division, I have always said so and will stick by that.

I can't see anything than another eventual KO defeat. He was gunshy and tentative enough before being knocked out cold, surely he'll be worse still now.
