11.00 Ali Nuumembee v Vladimir Borosky

Due to the withdrawal of Jamie Moore and Wigan ticket seller Sean Crompton there will be tickets available to purchase at the venue on the night . Priced at £35.00 general and £70.00 ringside they represent good value for money on what is a quality 9 fight bill.

Watson and Lomax will prob be fight of the night, hope sky show that one in full. Watson needs to show more of a work ethic than he has done previously though, has looked a little tentative in his last few outings.

Vuma weighted in just under 11st.

Thompson weighted in at 10st 12.5.... eating a banana!!! Wish I'd a got a photo of that one

Going to be a cracking fight.

As mentioned - there are still tickets available on the night - so get yourself down there!!! It's goin' to be a cracker.

So I assume Sky will show the Napa vs Booth, and Nuumbembe fights live and then maybe the Thompson fight on delayed?

I imagine so. Coverage starts at 22:00 on TV - so the Booth fight will be live on TV. The Thompson fight might then be shown - or as you say;, they might do Ali and then show Thompson later on.....

I wouldn't agree with that to be honest. Ali always entertains; and I am sure tomorrow will be no different.

The Thompson fight is a must for TV though......

Will be interested to see how Dodson gets on too. I believe he is being trainined by former WBU champ Shea Neary (The Shamrock express). Looking forward to that one too.....

If you can get down to Wigan pop along - you won't miss any of it then.

It was a good show wasn't it.... Sure tomorrow will be as exciting. Said it for a while that Mark is going places; lets hope tomorrow is the start of it.

I cannot understand why don't VIP and other small promoters get a home recording done of their non TV shows and put them on Ebay at a 5 a disc.

Very little overheads, exposure for their fighter - everyones a winner.

Ive seen channel M recording some of their fights, notably the Gomez thorpe show. Perhaps some of the fights might crop up there sometime.

which fights of ali's have been boring?not many i would say,he is an honest extremely fit fighter with fast hands and great work rate,a basic style maybe but certainly not boring.

he is a nice bloke, i was with him at the last wigan show

i just dont particularly like his style of boxing, just like people say with witter, ali just dont do it for me

What a fight. Thompson nearly had him. British fight of the year? Certainly a contender.

I thought the atmosphere was a little low for the Napa fight.... I suspected that it didn't go to plan. However, apart from an undefeated record he lost nothing else... only gained.

How about Conception next for Thompson.... Mark would probably win, but great fight while it lasts.

Very good fight and a brave effort from Thompson. Wish more fighters would put their undefeated record on the line like he did. Hopefully, he's gained from the step up in class and will continue to progress.

Was there any reason why Ray and Matthew Hatton were there. Were they looking at Nuumbembe, or even possibly the Thompson vs Vuma winner.
