So Nonito is trying to avenge his brothers loss... well I can't wait to see how that works out for him, I'd be surprised if he even lasts longer than his brother did!

Thanks Marlin, good luck to them both, but hopefully another early knockout for 'The Raging Bull'.

Go for it Vic!

I think Donaire will win. He's got good speed, power and skills. He's better than his brother.

:-? I'm not too sure what to say to this...

You'll probably get pretty good odds on the TAB if you want to put your money where your mouth is...

Hopefully this Donaire doesn't quit based on a phantom headbutt. That was such a weak way out of a fight.... :x

To win he'd want to be A LOT better than his brother, because his brother was thoughrally outclassed

Fights not far away now. Thoughts?

Should be an easy win for Vic. Someone planning on doing RBR on this forum

I would have if I was in Australia. Donaire was a 8-1 underdog which was just obscene.

Bye bye Vic! Pick and some class and humility when you try to come back.

I totally agree, He is way to confident and let his mouth do to much talking.

didn't see the fight and haven't seen the stoppage yet. By the cards it seems he was struggling at the time of the stoppage. Was it shot from the blue or did it always look like it was going to happen eventually

Ouch!!!

I thought a few years ago that Vic loaded up on his punches too much (mini Foreman Mark I) and didn't worry too much about defense

Agree with those that have said it may well be the best thing to happen to Vic. All the talk over the last year or so has been disappointing to be honest, though he did seem somewhat gracious after the fight (going from limited reports as I haven't seen the footage). Hopefully he gets back to letting his gloves do the talking and can re-claim the title in a re-match and start taking things one fight at a time. Can't help but think he was completely overlooking Nonito after all the talk of fighting Mijares or Arce while this fight was still to come.

I'm also hopeful that the loss may actually see more of the top fighters willing to step in with Vic. There's no doubt he has been avoided at the weight for whatever reason and hopefully they will be willing to fight him now.

I really can't understand all the hate for Vic!?! He was a good champion who gave his all in the ring. Perhaps he got a bit overconfident and paid the price. How about we hope he learns from it and comes back better rather than saying you hope the worst for him! Being glad he got KO'd is just plain stupid!
