Ottke vs Reid shown live??

Post by stujones »

Check out the link.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/2763561.stm

Now although it doesn't give a time its does give a date. For example its got Roy Jones vs Tarver for Sunday (when we know the fight is taking place on Saturday).

Well, its got Reid vs Ottke for the Saturday. BBC haven't confirmed a time, but its sound like we'll only have a few hours delay at most!

Yes, looks like a good amount of coverage generally.

I momentarily read 'Herbie Hide vs Carl Froch' :D :D :D :D

you know the bbc should show the fight live, but the programme will have to take a 1 h 30 minutes, anyone who watches ottke fights on euro knows he makes the oppenent stay in the ring for 5 minutes while some chessy band play, the last fight was right said fred and next could be the checky girls :-? ,

ottke UD in a very boting fight the bbc should show a film instead IMO and show a edited version later

I don't think there is a cat in hells chance of the BBC showing any boxing live before 10pm. Not on a saturday night anyway and not on bbc1 or bbc2.

An hour or 2 delay isn't the end of the world.

I still dont understand why the BBC dont use their other digital channels to show live events ?
