What happend to Noel Wilders

Saw Noel Wilders on the poster advertising Johnson vs Woods. However, I'm have read anywhere of his result. Indeed, secondsout have given a full list of results, but no Wilders.

Any reason why he didn't fight? I was hoping to see him back to his best after his recent convincing loss.
