Does Khans style match up nicely against Juan Diaz?

Juan Diaz is making moves to become the number 1 lightweight. Does anyone else think Khans style maybe all wrong for the light hitting Juan Diaz once he tightens up his defense a bi and gets more experiencet?

Khan has faster hands and feet, 4 inches taller, longer reach and seems the better long range boxer.

I for 1 would love to see Khan been dropped in the deepend and showing his worth

I doubt that Khan will be at lightweight long enough for a fight against Diaz to materialise, to be honest.

He'll get taken out before he gets to a title shot. He was in denial about it all last night so no chance of anything different in training.

He may well do, but Khan isn't fighting Diaz next is he. If 2 or 3 years down the line Khan hasn't improved then threads like this will then be relevant.

Exactly. Juan (not to be confused with Julio or David) Diaz is the business. What he'd do to Kahn would not be suitable for family viewing on ITV on a Saturday night. Saw his fight against Freitas recently where he made him quit. He may not be a P4P banger, but he's relentless and punches a lot harder than Willie Limond. Diaz v Katsidis would be unmissable. I don't think Khan would even be allowed to watch it.

The lightweight landscape will probably be totally different that far down the line. Right now Khan is not ready for someone like Diaz. Diaz would put far to much pressure on Khan for him to be able to cope.

Khan is nowhere near British level or European level yet (dont let a win over an inactive soft puncher confuse you! )

Thaxton would beat him and Diaz would probably retire him.

By the time Khan is good enough to even survive a couple of rounds against Diaz the champ will have long retired.

I find it hard to even put Diaz and Khan in the same sentence
