SecondsOut are reporting this: 'Sheffield's Andrew Facey has targeted British and Commonwealth champion Jamie Moore to spring his third consecutive upset against.
Last Thursday, Facey scored a surprise win over Birmingham prospect Matt Macklin to win the vacant English light-middleweight title and his manager John Ingle telephoned the British Buzz to say his man would be happy to challenge the Manchester southpaw at short notice in Belfast on November 22.
"We would love the opportunity to do the treble over the major promoters star light-middles," said Ingle. "Andrew has already beaten Hennessey Sports' Gilbert Eastman and now Sports Network's Matt Macklin. Now we are prepared to face Moore at short notice.
"Andrew woke up the day after beating Macklin and said he was still very fresh. The 10 rounds took nothing out of him at all. He is more than ready willing and able to face Moore at this short notice in Belfast on November 22."
Moore's promoters Matchroom are expected to announce an opponent for his British and Commonwealth title defence within the next 48 hours.'
