Reckon it'll be a fairly easy shutout.

maybe... Barios can bang and cause problems for marquez though, either way it'll be a great contest. Always liked watching Barios, took to him after the fretias fight. he's only lost to Fretias and Guzman since 1997, he can fight a bit himself. not a bad undercard wither with Ouma Mora, Guerrero Juarez and Bojado Forbes squaring off.

Ponce De Leon-Bautista looks the best to me.

On the domestic front McDonnell v Haskins for English Bantam weight title looks tasty (not on schedule, but looks like it should be) on 21 September.

Should be a real tear up :box:

Yes, absolutely agree with you. Only something like Corrales-Castillo I is a MUST-SEE on delay when you know the result.

I also think Hopkins-Wright will be very good with a slower Wright standing in centre circle blocking right hands and left hooks thrown by Hopkins.
You think? I reckon Hopkins v Wright has 'stinker' written all over it.

Ponce de Leon v Bautista is my pick also.

I really like the look of Bautista and I am very interested to see how he goes against de Leon.

Sky commentators went on and on and on about how he wasn't ready for DPDL but I think he's got a good chance. Should be good, though, whatever happens.

Were they not thinking of changing the date due to the rugby world cup or somehting?

Was it ever officially announced, signed and sealed?

Perhaps they have something to finalize, perhaps rival stations are bidding to show it, who knows?

A tie up with King probably. Theoretically, it could wind up on ITV (as could Hatton). Not sure that Paris date is yet set in tablets of stone because it cuts across rugby world cup.

So are you guys saying that Frank has some kind of stake in this fight? I'm not sure I see how. I know King is staging it. Is it in partnership with Warren - in the way that Clinton-Glen 3 was Frank helped by Warriors Boxing?

This is something I'm not so keen on. OK Frank is making better fights now. But can't he leave other ppl's fights alone? He can diss other promoters' fighters and then try and monopolise everything... (IF this is the case which I don't know is true).
