I think they said something about Lennox no longer working with him because Audley's so stuck in his ways.

Said something like Lennox had been training but there was a "rift" between them because Audley was "too set in his ways" to listen to him.

 Like It will affect his reputation anyway.

Surely the Mirror and BN get their articles checked by a legal team anyway before printing the article.

I noticed on his Guinn gallery too that he only has photos of himself looking good, but no pics at all of the Sprott fight.

Big Aud' has Team A-Force around him, I am sure they are sharper than any hired-brief.
He thought he was ok to go on after being put out Ice cold, I'm sure their sharp enough. :TU:

Yo,

I thought I would comment on the stories highlighted in the 'Boxing News' and 'Mirror' regarding Lennox and myself.

I have begun legal proceedings against both publications in regards to this matter and will keep you informed of the outcome. The article was false and highly defamatory. Both Lennox and I are together on this.

Expect to see apologies in both publications shortly.

Peace

Audley A-Force Harrison

What exactly was highly defamatory about Boxing News's piece? Maybe Audley will sue Boxing News and win substantial damages then Boxing News will have to close and the whole sorry saga is sure to further endear the Aud to Boxing fans even more than before.

Defamatory because, as seen on this very board, people assumed he and his personality were at fault - a touchy subject for sure, given the history.

Anyway, by the sounds of his statement, he's not looking for "substantial damages", rather an apology.

I'd like Audley to apologise to me for the humiliation I suffered after forcing my friends to watch his first fight with Danny Williams, and the mental anguish I endured as a result.

The staff at Boxing News are probably laughing at the thought of Audley taking legal proceedings against the publication.

Audley is an idiot in my view. He's deluding himself, lying to himself. He knows, deep down, that he'll not get ot championship level in this sport. People may think I'm puttnig the guy down, being a bit harsh etc, but Harrison is acting like he's made it in the sport & that people should be bowing down to him. Not going to work like that!

Harrison claims there will be apologies in Boxing News & Daily Mirror in the near future. He should be the one apologising the Boxing News, us fans, boxing public etc. for conning us all & becoming a millionaire because of it.

Boxing News should not mention his name in the publication until legal proceedings are finished.

Its become fashionable to have a pop at Audley at every possible opportunity, whether he is to blame or not, it looks as though BIG Aud has had enough.

If BN don't want to be sued then they shouldn't print untruths.

Come On Audley!!!!!

If the articles did indeed contain falsehoods, he is the wronged party and is under no obligation to defend himself.

I didn't say he was obliged to do so, but it might have been an idea to set the record straight being as most people who read what he posted there won't have a clue what it relates to.

Maybe he can't say any more at this stage for legal reasons.

I'm sure he'll tell his side when and if he wins his case.

All the story was said was that there was a personality clash?

The way he is reacting you would have thought they were saying Lennox was playing "hide the rasta sausage" with Audley.

Claude should offer Audley 12x3's to settle it - my moneys on Claude

Seriously tho, this must be the final indication the mans career is over - would he be tying himself up with litigation and libel if he had a comeback in mind? IMO the BN piece was not that bad - I cant find my copy atm, but from what I recall it was not worth 'substantial damages'.... A-Farce always valued himself too highly anyway...

"Nevertheless, I will keep ticking over and will definitely be fighting in September." - Go Away...
