McGuigan.........The Clones Cyclone................We love McGuigan, he was a legend; the consummate featherweight fighter of his day.
How we loved his old man singin' "Danny Boy" before every fight and wept when his opponents "stuck their t'umbs in his eyes"

We all cheered as his family invaded the ring after every fight........... and what a commentator we all love his cheery punch drunk Irish ramblings

BUT........(Huff.............Huff).......... if McGuigan comes on MY telly and compares Amir Khan to Floyd Mayweather and Oscar De La Hoya

Well said. I couldn't believe what I was hearing either! He's been losing his credibility for some time, but now he's hit an all-time low.

Great programme though

It should have been on longer.
Showing classic bouts on peak time cable TV would open a few peoples eyes me thinks
