Apology: f-Audley Harrison

Post by tonyevs »

Had to laugh at the apology in BN to Audley...as to be expected...but BN had the last laugh with the quote ` Audley`s boxing career continues to thrive..`

BN has lacked humour of late...but that comment more than made up for it :TU:

That quote was priceless. BN grovelling methinks. If Audley's career is continuing to thrive I've obviously missed something.

What is Audley gaining out of this, does he think we the public or boxing fans will respect him and his wonderful career more?

You just don't get it.

It was insinuated that he fell out with Lewis because he was "set in his ways" about training. This had negative connotations about his character which all the haters jumped on with glee. However the claims were wrong, and he quite rightly wanted to put the matter straight.

When you all thought he was being big-headed in the face of advice from a legend, you all sniped at him for being arrogant.

then...

When this is proved wrong, you snipe at him for seeking to clear his name.
