If you are going to purchase a ring to be used in amateur shows, it must be in accordance with USA Boxing's rules. Any equipment company that sells rings, i.e., Ringside, will know what you need....4 ropes and they must be rope, not cable; at least 16 feet and no more than 20; Ensolite padding, etc.

rings
Because of my welding and steel fabrication background, I built my own to specs and it is great. I welded wheels to the corners and can roll it around if nessersary. It is heavy and not simple or perticulary fast to set up, but if you
can find a good fabricator that works with aluminum, you might be able to design and build what you need that can work even better than a store bought , due to the option of being able to beef it up in areas that you choose to be stronger, Also you might be able to get an inkind donation on the work if your welder is a boxing fan and wants to sit ringside for the rest of his life.
