Will Hatton retain his #1 ranking with the WBC should he fight floyd at 147, and if so presumably he'll be mandatory for the winner of Witter Harris ?

Depends whether Hatton keeps the belt from the higher weight if he wins.
Why is this relevant however, it's not likely the fight will happen, unless Harris wins and Hatton might try and clean up.

Dunno, wasnt sure if ol' Soliman would remove him as #1, or leave him there should he jump weight. He left Haye alone didnt he.

Hatton has categorically stated that he will never fight Witter.
And I don't blame him either...
