Spoiler: David Haye result
Spoiler: David Haye result
All over in one minute, 35 seconds. No need to say who won is there?
I Can't wait to see the highlights on Grandstand, a predictable result, but this is no doubt the performance Haye craved after the invevitable dip in morale in the aftermath of his bout with Lolenga Mock. A shame the bout with Delaney didn't happen though, I for one was anticipating Haye's first genuine test.

Haye fight
Got a little video clip we took at the fight, not sure how to post it here, will be on maxboxing soon. Haye kicked him senseless, great display of punchpower, teaches us nothing about Haye's level of ability however.
If anyone wants a copy, let me know and I will email it to them.

Yeah, Haye was faultless looked powerful. Not going to critise him here cause you can't. Spoke well after the fight.
The opponents defence was a bit shambolic, I'm sure Delaney might have given him the rounds he needs. Still wouldn't be disappointed if that fight can be rearranged.
10 out of 10. Incidently, good to see a prospect with world glory on his mind having his first scheduled 10 rounder one year after turning pro. Shame not all our prospects can employ that attitude.
The devision moving up to 14 stone will be good for him, I honestly think he'll always be too small at heavy, if he trains well he should make 14 stone throughout his career.

Yep Haye looked excellent tonight. Very focused. That Dowling was no mug either.
If Delenay had problems making the weight, it would be good to see Haye in a non title fight with him. Delenay would surely give him some good rounds that he needs, and being bang on thr cruiser limit wouldnt be a problem either
