Yes mate, been busy 'behind the scenes' so to speak. To be honest, I got sick of all the slagging off going on in the boxing forums, so just stayed away, but now, as they say, I'M BACK!

Already asked him that one last year! Ricky says he will NEVER fight Witter as it will prove nothing. Why fight someone who has achieved so little within a similar period as Hatton has. :o
That answer is part of why some view Hatton as nothing but a PR MONKEY.

Achieved so little?

British ( Lonsdale Belt Outright)

Commonwealth

European

WBC World Title

He is scared of Witter and when PBF schools him, most will say Hatton was protected and carefully matched against fading or crap fighters and he failed the first real test he had.

FIGHTING WITTER WILL PROVE WHO IS THE BEST IN BRITAIN AT LT WELTER, IF NOT THE WORLD.

My Question,

Do you feel you have let down the British Fans by saying YOU WILL FIGHT WITTER WHEN HE GETS A BELT AND THEN RUNNING THE OTHE WAY WHEN HE GETS ONE?

By the way me slurring my words by 6pm is not an indicator of my drinking prowess!
True.

He was slurring his words one night at the York Hall by 6pm, and he was on the orange juice as he'd driven there!

Tell him to repeat Honeyghans imtimidation tactic against Curry.

Curry was all smug at the press conference, then went up to Lloyd offering a handshake.

Honeyghan, pushed his hand away and said, Handshake? I'm gonna knock you out you caaaaannnt.

As Terry D said DG Hatton has just beaten Castillo and is now to fight the P4P best fighter in the world, Witter pale's in comparison.

I actually quite like Witter but him and Hatton are on different plains at the moment mate.

My gripe is mainly over the Maussa, Collazo and Urango fights when I thought he should have fught Witter, I obviously don't expect him to turn down the Mayweather fight for Witter

Yeah, he's ran straight into back-to-back fights with Castillo and Floyd, what a swine Hatton is to deprive us of decent fights :o

No, he fought at least 10 stiffs when he could have fought Witter.

The he got te belkt and fought Collazo and Urango, he fought Maussa also and a SHOT Castillo.

HH, the question was WHY HAVE YOU DODGED WITTER FOR 6 YEARS.

Have a look at ALL Hattons opponents and tell me they achieved MORE than Witter.

But Hatton fought them?

Once PBF schools him he still would not fight Witter, too dangerous!

Remember Hatton disged PBF for years, turned ran when he was Corleys Mandatory, same with Cotto.

Hatton is a good fighter, but he is a dodger.

If I were a Witter fan, I'd be far more concerned about Vivian Harris than I was Ricky Hatton. Yes, Hatton should have fought Witter long ago. But the time for that bout has, sadly, long since passed. With the bout against Harris, Witter has, finally, the chance to make a mark on his own merits, rather than as 'The guy Ricky won't fight'. If Junior isn't on top of his game, and Harris is anywhere near his best, Witter will lose, and then the whole Hatton-Witter argument becomes redundant again.
