Even though you weren't replying to me NO. Romanov is better now and he was rusty against Earl, Earl is probably past his best and probably couldn't take the same punnishment again. I actually scored the first fight to Romanov.
I also scored the fight for Romanov(by one round) and I feel if he had been active he probably would have stopped Earl , you could almost see Yuri shedding the rust before our eyes as he got better as the fight progressed . The fought was a toss up though and I don't think anyone could have a problem with somone scoring it for either fighter or scoring a draw .
I remember getting a load of shit for coming on here and saying I scored it for Romanov back after it happened. Its nice to have a few agree now Romanov had Earl ready to go once or twice and I think if he wasn't rusty he would have taken him.
When I saw him on the ODH v Mayweather undercard he looked superb. Admittedly it was my first viewing of him live, as all others had been on Sky, but he looked composed, yet agressive, and didn't just jump in like another Brit youth prospect I can name!
A mate met him in the MGM Grand the day before and said he was a nice lad. Very humble.
