They don't seem to have much confidence in him. I'd like to see him in against Skeleton or Williams. I think they want to cash out on him against a big name or belt holder. There was talk of him fighting Vitali.
Greeburg isn't that terrible. He has decent power, decent handspeed, decent jab, decent workrate, decent size at 240lbs and 6'3 and hes only 24/25. Yes hes not ripped, he has an open defense and who knows how good his chin is.
So if they throw him in with a weak belt holder he may even grab a belt for a little while.

His workrates been shiite everytime I've saw him and despite his record I wouldn't class him as a BIG puncher, but his handspeed is excellent for a BIG un and his footwok was good as well as I remember. He's gonna need to have a good chin to carry his style off at the top level IMO

Fair enough. I didn't mean any offense, just think any code where you decide one animal is "dirty" and not OK to eat is daft when you still eat cows etc - but only if they are killed in a certain way.

The biggest problem I have with Greenberg is that he actually seems to be getting worse every time I see him. That's probably not unrelated to the fact that his opposition is consistently dreadful (and fighting Damon Reed is not going to rectify that). He looks overweight and lazy, if I'm being perfectly honest. Yes, his handspeed is good, but he doesn't throw enough punches, and he's catching a few too many in return. He just looks disinterested at times. I remember his own corner threatening to pull him out in one of his recent fights in Monte Carlo, because he was doing fornicate-all.

It is not a weak argument, just a sophisticated one.
You can dislike/disagree with a belief/religion a person has without hating or disliking the person (and I don‘t know Greenberg, he may be a nice kid, but he‘s a crap fighter). Likewise not having any respect for an institution does not automatically follow I don’t have respect for any particular individual who has that belief or follows that religion.
Again, I wasn’t being racist towards Greenberg. Merely I think religion - all of them, even the cool ones like Jason and the Argonaughts - are stupid. If Evander Holyfield etc can spout pro-religious crap in the ring, don’t dump on me for making on dumb comment on a forum.
