Brace yourselves for a special few weeks

Make the most of the next few weeks in boxing. There may never be as much action in a short space of time as there is coming up. Four title fights take place next Saturday in Belfast, then three title fights in Cardiff a fortnight later, along with the long-awaited comeback of Wayne Alexander. And December 13 is simply a HUGE night of boxing. Promoters allegedly and Don King go head to head with multi-title shows that really are out of this world, and Robin Reid challenges Sven Ottke for his genuine world titles on the same night.
Add Audley Harrison's first 10-rounder in the States on December 4 to the whole resume, and we have a very special pre-Christmas treat indeed. I can't wait.

There is also Scott Harrison vs Manuel Medina II. Two weeks and counting.

Plus, isn't Danny Williams fighting in early december?

Oh, yes. Medina-Harrison II and Wayne Elcock's first appearance since outclassing Anthony Farnell on the same Glasgow bill. It gets better and better.

put it simply i cant wait for the next month of boxing.

will there be any impressive surprises or maybe upsets,

It really is a good next few weeks in boxing, however i believe that this has been a pretty recent few months for british boxing.

Must say i am particuarly looking forward to Wayne Elcock again after he took Anthony Farnell to school, also Robin Reid V Sven Ottke. I hope Rob can do the biz, he proved most people wrong when he went to Italy and stopped Vincenzo Nardiello and i think Ottke is primed for the taking. Anyone know what station this fight is on? I presume it will be on live?

The BBC are covering it.
They are showing it the same day, so most likely a couple of hour delay to push it past midnight.

It's certainly been the year of the upset - who's next do we think?

I've got a feeling Johnson might beat Vitali, and Joppy might outbox a getting old Hopkins too.
Spinks over Mayorga maybe? He's got the skills, but does he have the chin to last 12 rounds?

Tackie to land a bomb on Hatton to send sportsnetwork reeling?? Could happen if Ricky forgets to duck - though I do hope he gets by this one and Witter beats Pinto - wonder who's the bookies choice in that one...evens maybe?

Does anybody know if Takaloo is still on the Dec 6th Bill?

Sky have the main attractions as:
Clazaghe v Mger whothisname,
Vincent v Sinkyr (Now Magee) and
Enzo v TBA

I thought Takaloo was supposed to be one of the "Kings"???
